Metal on the inside, a waterproof covering on the outside. Like an umbrella, the Topps total roofcare system protects metal roof parts from moisture and rust. Out all-rubber, airtight seal is the logitcal and economical alternative to roof replacement.

This System, using TOPPS SEAL as its base, is sometimes referred to as "Liquid Rubber". TOPPS SEAL adheres to all shapes, curing to a tough, seamless, elastic rubber membrane that wraps the entire roof structure with a weather-repelling barrier. It stretches and moves with the roof even during extreme temperature swings - then recovers 100% with no peeling or chipping.

Blended and modified rubbers, pure non-yellowing titanium dioxide, and UV inhibitors ensure color stability and performance in all climates. It is available in energy-efficient reflective white, aluminum and a variety of metallic colors.

Installation:



Cleaning

RustArrestor applied with sprayer 1 day before powerwashing. Process is repeated if nessassary. All loose coating and silicone must be removed.

 

Reinforcing

Seam and fastener sealing applied using SeamGuard or RivetGuard. All gaps reinforced using Polyprene. If gutters need assistance, GutterGuard may also be applied.

 

Finishing

The Topps Seal membrane is installed in 2 layers. Applied in a smooth and even fashion.

System 1000 installs a complete, seamless 100% rubber system on metal roofs. Its light weight, and attention to reinforcement that includes every seam and fastener, enables total sealing without added weight load stress or punctures.
Topps' totally waterless compounds ensure that no corrosion can occur and eliminates damage from bird excrement and most other atmospheric chemicals that contribute to premature roof breakdown. All fasteners and seams are systematically reinforced with either the SeamGuard™ or RivetGuard™ spray-on compounds, further assuring an effective seal against moisture and corrosion after completion of the TOPPS SEAL™ system.
