What is Epoxyflex?

Epoxyflex is a one part epoxy resin water based elastomeric coating specifically designed to permanently upgrade your existing roofing system. It was engineered as a one stop solution for building owners and property managers. Epoxyflex is installed with a 3 step process that can all be done the same day. As a building owner or manager, you’ll increase your energy savings by as much as 30% and never have to worry about a leaky roof. Because it’s technically a maintenance item, you’ll never have to roof again while maintaining incredible tax benefits.

Why liquid applied?
EpoxyFlex's unique properties give it superior adhesion with no seems. Because it is liquid applied, every crack end hole is filled end sealed. And because of its excellent reflective properties, it is rated as one of the lowest thermal conductive moisture barriers in existence.

Confusing? Let ’s break it down.

No other roofing materials are made from Epoxy. Getting it to react on your roof just how we wanted was a complicated process riddled with trial and error. Our engineers and chemists were put to the test but developed this proprietary product that is second to none. Where urethane coatings break down under the harsh treatment of UV and acrylics eventually fail under water, our epoxy system is impervious to both elements. Because Epoxyflex is one part epoxy system, the catalysts that kick it into action are oxygen, warm temperatures, and wind. These are natural catalysts that exist in just about every roofing environment to make application ideal.

Flat Roof Installation

EpoxyFlex Layers

  1. After proper surface preparation, the first layer of the EpoxyFlex System is installed with a heavy-duty airless sprayer (2500+ psi) and/or a 1 1/4" nap roller at a rate of two gallons per 100 square feet.
  2. After application of the initial coat, while it is still wet, WeaveFlexTM (a polyester fabric) is embedded into the EpoxyFlex with a squeegee.
  3. A second layer of coating is immediately sprayed or rolled at a rate of one gallon per 100 square feet and then back rolled to complete the system.

The simplicity of the EpoxyFlex System reduces errors, ensures a quality installation, saves on expensive labor costs, provides ease of operation, and eliminates multiple trips to the roof.
